个人简介

刘冰, 理学博士,博士后,硕士生导师,高级实验师。

2020.10月-至今,welcome皇冠登录手机版,高级实验师。2018.10月-2020.10月,大连工业大学国家海洋食品工程技术研究中心,博士后/讲师(朱蓓薇院士团队)。2018年6月毕业于中国科学院大学新疆理化技术研究所,博士专业为有机化学(民族药创新研究团队),研究方向为药物物质基础与构效关系研究。目前,共主持国家自然科学基金项目、重庆市科委、重庆市教委等省部级以上项目4项。已在国内外期刊发表论文20余篇,授权发明和实用新型专利8项。

近年来积极指导本科生、研究生参加各项竞赛并获奖,例如中国国际“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛重庆区铜奖、全国化学实验竞赛西南赛区二等奖、非师范生专业技能大赛二等奖、省级大学生创新创业训练计划、大学生挑战杯等。目前研究方向为智能包装材料研究与开发;多糖、蛋白等食品功能因子开发与应用。已指导研究生5人。
